Before making a booking with us, please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth travel experience for all parties.
To make a reservation with Sea Komodo, customers are required to check trip availability and select their preferred trip type (open trip, private charter, liveaboard, or speedboat). Our team will confirm availability and provide complete trip details, including itinerary, boat specifications, inclusions, and exclusions.
Once the details are agreed upon, customers are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost to secure the booking.
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email. All reservations will be confirmed in writing by Sea Komodo, and an official invoice will be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal and booking details provided are correct. Sea Komodo is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by customers.
An invoice will be issued once the booking is confirmed. Payments must be completed before the due date stated on the invoice. Failure to make the required payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Payment of the deposit indicates that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Wise (IDR, USD, or other supported currencies), or directly at our office. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure. For last-minute bookings made less than one month before departure, full payment is required at least one day before departure.
Customers may cancel their booking at any time by notifying Sea Komodo in writing.
All payments made are non-refundable. However, customers may request to reschedule their trip within the same calendar year, subject to availability and operational considerations.
Sea Komodo reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify trips due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, port authority restrictions, or force majeure.

Sea Komodo does not provide personal travel insurance unless explicitly stated in the booking agreement.
All flight schedules are subject to change due to airline operations, weather, or air traffic regulations. Sea Komodo is not responsible for losses or missed trips caused by flight delays or cancellations.
For safety and schedule stability, customers are highly recommended to arrive in Labuan Bajo at least one day before the trip departure date.
